Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the database creation and management effort through data modeling.
Create data marts.
Set up Microsoft Structured Query Language (SQL) Server database(s) in virtual and clustered environments.
Manage all operations consistently with database management.
Perform and troubleshoot SQL Server Backups, Restore Strategies, Replication, SQL Server Performance Tuning, and Query Optimization.

Required Skills and Experience
Expertise in creating data marts. Expertise in setting up Microsoft SQL Server databases. Experience in SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
Professional Certifications	None required
Years of Professional Experience	8+ years of professional experience Experience with SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SSRS, Extensible Markup Language (XML), Operational Data Store (ODS), Extract, Transform, and, Load (ETL), Data Warehouse (DWH), Shell, PowerShell, and Bash Scripting
Desired experience	n/a
Formal Education	Bachelor’s degree or higher
Citizenship Requirement	U.S. Citizenship required for this specific opportunity
